AGREEMENT: By your execution hereof, you hereby waive, release and hold harmless Roslyn Pines Swim and Tennis Club (RPSTC) from any and all claims of liability which you may hereafter have against RPSTC, whether for personal and/or bodily injury, or loss, damage or destruction to personal property, in any way connected to your presence on RPSTC’s premises for any reason whatsoever, whether or not related to physical exercise. This release applies to all claims arising out of any active or passive negligent act of omission of RPSTC, but not claims that may arise from the willful misconduct of RPSTC. By signing this Agreement below you acknowledge that you have read the waiver above and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the rules and restrictions of RPSTC which are incorporated herein by reference and you also read and agree with tennis club rules posted on our website. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. However, exceptions will be considered if there are extenuating circumstances.
